Church Farm takes pride to ensure that people can live with their dementia. Our team behave as best friends to create a relaxed and homely feel to the day, with people undertaking familiar domestic aspects of life and participating in activities which interest them personally.
Alzheimer's Care
Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia. It is a progressive disease which affects a persons memory, thinking and behaviour. A common early symptom of Alzheimer’s is the difficulty to retain new information or recall recent experiences.

With bespoke suites and peaceful woodland views, residents can enjoy spacious rooms equipped with luxury bariatric profiling beds and ensuite wet rooms, providing convenience, comfort, and accessibility.
