Church Farm at Skylarks is a nursing home specialising in the care of people living with a dementia. The quality of care that we provide has been recognised by Nottingham County Council with the 'Dementia Quality Mark.'

We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. We promote self-esteem and encourage independence whilst providing a comfortable and safe environment to help people feel at home. We encourage family involvement and aim to work in partnership with everyone involved in the lives of people living here.

RATED: Band 5 with Nottingham County Council with the Dementia Quality Mark - Each year we are inspected by NCC and have retained a Band 5 rating for two years. We also have the Dementia Quality Mark which recognises the quality of support given to people who live with a dementia.
