We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. We promote self-esteem and encourage independence whilst providing a comfortable and safe environment to help people feel at home.
Living at Church Farm at Cotgrave, people share their lives with a family of people living and working together.
There are three households, each feels familiar and is designed to reflect the needs and support the lifestyles of the people living there. Lifelong occupations continue in people’s daily life.
People’s own bedrooms provide private space personal to them, enhanced with their own belongings and creating a feeling of familiarity and safety that is truly their own. Easy access to enclosed gardens provides a sense of freedom and independence for people as they freely take a walk outside; sit and chat on a bench and join in outdoor domestic activity.
