Our Care - Day Care

Church Farm provides the highest standard of day care for people living with dementia.

Our Nottingham day care locations include Church Farm at Skylarks and Church Farm in Cotgrave.

We understand the responsibilities and pressures that are involved in being a "carer" and we do our very best to help and support families to continue caring for their family member at home.

Many people share the day with us several times a week and often come to live with us permanently when the time feels right for them and their family. This slow transition has proven extremely helpful for everyone involved in the care of people living with dementia.
