Lost Chord, the singing duo will be visiting Church Farm at Skylarks on April 13th as part of the music therapy for dementia programme.
Fun, energetic and stimulating music sessions.Only a select group of care homes around the UK have the opportunity to benefit from Lost Chord, who are funded by Dame Vera Lynn, Lesley Garret and Sir Cliff Richard.
Lost Chord is an innovative charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and well-being of those living with dementia using interactive musical stimuli to increase their general awareness and self esteem.
