Field House is a nursing home in the centre of Radcliffe on Trent. At Field House, our aim is to provide the best possible care every minute of every day.
All staff are recruited for their personal qualities and dedication and are trained to the highest standard. We provide specialist care for people with palliative nursing needs and their families.
Each person wishing to come to live with us is fully assessed for their medical, physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs prior to moving in. Following the assessment, people are encouraged to visit, take a meal with us or stay for a day before deciding to come to live here. During the first few weeks a Care Plan will be developed as a basis for a person's individual care.
Church Farm prides itself on the highest quality of care and our Field House location is no exception.
RATED: Band 5 with Nottingham County Council - Each year we are inspected by NCC and have retained a Band 5 rating for several years, the highest rating available.
Our aim at Church Farm is to create environments that look and feel like ‘home.’ We achieve this by creating individual households with living and dining all situated close by. People share their lives with a family of people living and working together.
Field House is well known for the quality of food. Only the very best quality produce is sourced locally and our cook prepares home-baked cakes and puddings daily. At Field House there are two main houses within the home.
One on the first floor and the other on the ground floor; each with a lounge and dining area for the ‘family’ to share. People’s own bedrooms provide private space personal to them, enhanced with their own belongings and creating a feeling of familiarity and safety that is truly their own.
