For day care
At Church Farm at Cotgrave and Church Farm at Skylarks we provide day care that is friendly and positive. Our approach has been specifically designed to help people to remain as independent as possible. We have a full understanding of the difficulties that are involved in being a "carer" and will do our very best to help and support families. Day care hours are flexible and we can work out times and days to suit you. All meals are included.
For residential, nursing and respite care
Church Farm at Rusticus in Cotgrave has gained an excellent reputation in the nursing community for providing excellent nursing care, rehabilitation from hospital, dementia care and respite care. Highly trained nurses offer 24-hour care. In addition, we are one of only a select few nursing homes to have dedicated NHS beds to support people on the move from hospital to home. Surrounded by peaceful woodland on the edge of the village, Rusticus has outstanding facilities with large rooms and ensuite wet rooms, and access from most bedrooms to private gardens.
Church Farm at Field House in Radcliffe on Trent is one of Nottingham's most respected Nursing Homes. Field House has been providing nursing care, residential care and respite care for over 30 years. Field House is known for providing excellent end of life care with highly trained nurses that offer 24-hour care. The home is conveniently situated next to a dedicated GP surgery.
As well as providing nursing care with full accommodation Field House Nursing Home can provide respite care for those who require a shorter stay with us. Some residents stay with us for just a week.
